Aparna Surendra is a Sri Lankan writer based in London. Her fiction has been shortlisted for the White Review Short Story prize and the Queen Mary Wasafiri New Writing Prize. She is the recipient of a London Writers Award.
Aparna holds degrees in English and Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. She writes fiction alongside a career in digital rights, where she supports accountable, equitable use of technology.
