Carla Crujido

Carla Crujido is the author of the short story collectionThe Strange Beautiful (Chin Music Press, 2023), which Kirkus Reviews named one of the Best Indie Books of 2024, and the co-editor of Nonwhite and Woman: 131 Micro Essays on Being in the World (Woodhall Press, 2022). Her work has appeared in Moss, Bellingham Review, Crazyhorse, Yellow Medicine Review, Ricepaper Magazine, and elsewhere.
